Each individual may hold exactly one active account on jkt77. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of pending withdrawals.

Each eligible person may register one Account only. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian National ID number (KTP), residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes.
jkt77 requires completion of the KYC verification process before processing any withdrawal. The following documents are required:
Standard KYC review is completed within 1–24 hours during Indonesian business days. During Indonesian public holidays including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), processing times may extend to 48 hours. Players will be notified by email upon verification completion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person.

You agree to notify jkt77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to, or use of, your Account. jkt77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting your login credentials.
jkt77 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following supported payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and USDT (cryptocurrency — converted to IDR at the prevailing market rate at time of deposit confirmation).
All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit amount specific to each payment channel. Current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed at the time of transaction within your Account dashboard. jkt77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jkt77 bears no responsibility.
Deposits made via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI) are typically credited to your Account balance within two (2) to five (5) minutes of cleared receipt. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited in real time. USDT deposits are credited following blockchain confirmation, typically within ten (10) minutes.
Withdrawals are available to Account Holders who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.

During periods of unusually high withdrawal volume, or during system maintenance windows, processing times may extend. jkt77 commits to notifying affected Players via email or in-app notification in such circumstances.
Withdrawals may only be made from Real Funds. Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Any pending Bonus Funds that have not been met at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited automatically.
All bets placed on jkt77 are final once confirmed. jkt77 does not offer a bet cancellation facility except where: (a) a technical error has resulted in a manifestly incorrect odds display; (b) an event has been cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered prior to commencement; or (c) jkt77, in its sole discretion, determines that a bet was placed on the basis of corrupted, delayed, or maliciously manipulated data.
Football betting markets available on jkt77 include but are not limited to: BRI Liga 1, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and FIFA World Cup qualifying. Markets include 1X2 (match result), Asian Handicap (commonly referred to as voor bola in the Indonesian market), Over/Under, Both Teams to Score, Correct Score, and mix parlay (accumulator) combinations.
Game outcomes for all RNG-based products (slots, virtual games, togel draws, crash games) are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are audited by independent third-party testing agencies and are not subject to manipulation by jkt77 staff or by any Player.
In the event of a disputed game outcome, Players must submit a formal dispute via the support email address within 14 calendar days of the relevant game round's conclusion. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.
jkt77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Account Holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated validity period results in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to those Bonus Funds.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jkt77 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under Indonesian law.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and jkt77 arising from or related to these Terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution first through direct negotiation via jkt77's customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 calendar days of formal written notification, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.
Notwithstanding the above, jkt77 retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm resulting from a Player's breach of these Terms.
jkt77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Account Holders via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 calendar days prior to the changes taking effect, except in cases where immediate amendment is required by law or licensing authority.
Continued use of the jkt77 platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure via our support team prior to the effective date.
